SheilyStore is a WEB site operated by SheilyStore.com TERMS OF USE OF  THE WEBSITE SheilyStore.com These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") define  the terms, conditions and guidelines for the use of the SheilyStore.com site (the  “site”) and the service offered therein. These TOS constitute a contractual  agreement between “you” and SheilyStore.com, its affiliates,  suppliers and distributors (collectively, “we”, “our”, “us”).

Please  read these T&C carefully before using the site or activating your account with  us. By using or completing a purchase on this site, you acknowledge  that you read and understood these TOS, that you agree to them and that  you are bound by their terms, conditions and guidelines, as well as any  amendments made to them at any time by periodically reviewing the T&C  on the site. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY CHANGE SheilyStore.com  reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time without prior notice. Your  use of this site following any changes made constitutes your consent to comply  with and be bound by the T&C after such modifications and changes. Other  trademarks, graphics, trade names and logos that appear on the site are  registered trademarks of either SheilyStore.com or their respective owners and  all rights are reserved. You may not use any of the SheilyStore.com. trademarks, or  any other trademarks appearing on our site, without the prior written consent of  SheilyStore.com.

Likewise, we reserve the  right to cancel an order if it includes any product that contains errors or  omissions in its description or an incorrect price, whether due to typographical  errors, errors in the information we receive from our suppliers and distributors 

or in any other case. By using this site, you agree to hold us harmless from  claims related to errors or omissions on the site. The site also reserves the right  to limit product quantities, even after you have completed an order.

You assign to SheilyStore.com all rights, titles and interest in any content  (including but not limited to text, music, sound, photographs, videos, images,  illustrations, icons, graphics and data) relating to the site, which you post on the  site or submit to us (“delivered content”). When submitting content to us, you  must not use false names or emails or attempt to omit or falsify the origin of  your content submission. You grant SheilyStore.com the right to use, at its  discretion, your name and other identifying information in connection with the  delivered content. You represent and warrant that, for the benefit of  SheilyStore.com, at the time you submit content to us.

Since we have no obligation to monitor third-party content,  we expressly reserve the right to edit or remove it if we believe it is inappropriate for any reason. ORDER AT SheilyStore.com We accept orders from any state  in the USA. Our delivery and handling policy can be consulted in detail in our  Delivery Policy. Current payment procedures are described in our Payment  Methods. We reserve the right to change our payment procedures at any time  by announcing the new procedure on the site. Because we process orders  almost immediately after you order on the site, we cannot change an order once  you have placed it. All product returns and order cancellations are subject to  our Return Policy. PRICES The SheilyStore.com site belongs to  SheilyStore.com which is an American company, so our products are sold and  charged in dollars (usd). Prices do not include delivery, handling or other  financial costs. The distribution has its own prices and SheilyStore.com has the  right to modify them at any time without prior notice.  

PAYMENTS 

Payments are accepted with Visa and Master Card credit cards.  

CLAIMS OR COMPLAINTS 

If there is any disagreement related to the purchase of products, such as  problems with quantities or delivery of orders, or for any other reason, a  complaint must be filed within 15 calendar days after the delivery date. To file a  claim, customers can use the customer service channels that SheilyStore.com  makes available, such as email (shey@SheilyStore.com), the telephone  service number that appears in the store or the page chat. Once the complaint  is received, customers will receive status updates in their account email inbox. The time it takes to resolve the claim depends on the type of product, the  location of the recipient, and the evidence provided by the customer. Among the  possible solutions that can be offered for a claim are the delivery or replacement  of the products, a refund of the money to the customer's account or, in some  cases, no action is taken.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES  

You agree that the information you provide when you register and make a payment is accurate and complete. If you provide inaccurate or incomplete  information, you are in breach of these T&C. For certain activities you perform  on the site, you must have a user ID and password. We retain ownership of  your account and license it to you on a limited, non-exclusive basis for as long  as your customer account is active. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  

In no event will we, our affiliates, suppliers, product and service providers or  other third parties affiliated with us be liable directly, indirectly, incidentally,  extraordinary, exemplary, punitive or consequential for any damages (including  but not limited to, those resulting from loss of profits, information or business  interruption) from complaints and claims due to the inability to use the site or its  related services, the results of such services, or any information contained on  the site or in those services, whether that such damages are based on warranty,  contract or any other legal theory and/or that we are not advised of the  possibility of such damages.  

GUARANTEE  

The site and its related services are offered as described and as available, with  all mistakes, and it is up to you to consider the quality of the site, its products, its  operability and its accuracy satisfactory.
